Akron/Canton area delivery customers: If your order is submitted before 12 PM on Tuesday, your order will be delivered on Wednesday of the same week. If ordered after 12 PM, it will be delivered on Wednesday of the following week, unless notified otherwise.

Cleveland area delivery customers: If your order is submitted before 12 PM on Tuesday, your order will be delivered on Thursday of the same week. If ordered after 12 PM, it will be delivered on Thursday of the following week, unless notified otherwise.

Shipping orders: Most shipping orders will be shipped out to you two weeks from the date your order was submitted.
