Akron/Canton area delivery customers: If your order is submitted before 5 PM on Monday, your order will be delivered on Wednesday of the same week. If ordered after 5 PM, it will be delivered on Wednesday of the following week, unless notified otherwise.

Cleveland area delivery customers: If your order is submitted before 5 PM on Tuesday, your order will be delivered on Thursday of the same week. If ordered after 5 PM, it will be delivered on Thursday of the following week, unless notified otherwise.

Shipping orders: Most shipping orders will be shipped out to you two weeks from the date your order was submitted.
